Led all business development efforts with agencies and publishers in Spain, oversaw all finance matters, acted as in-house lawyer. Was deeply involved in fundraising, having liaised directly with potential VC investors and having pitched and presented at diverse events and startup competitions. Backed by 500 Startups and other investors, Nativead is a full-stack native advertising platform.

Led marketing and business development for the global Latin American group, as well as for the U.S. investment management/private equity and financial (banking, capital markets) practices. Led and coordinated marketing efforts resulting in 10+ industry awards granted by leading players such as LatinFinance, Latin Lawyer, IJ Global and IFLR, among others.

Ran the company’s day-to-day business, drafting business plans, setting goals and formulating actions. Led sales and BD efforts by identifying new business opportunities and negotiating and closing strategic partnerships with a number of industry players. Designed the repurposing of the publication, including in particular its digitalization efforts. The first and the leading schorlarly publication in Spanish language focused on private equity and venture capital.

Headed Linklaters'​ business development and marketing department in Spain leading to, among others, the granting of the prestigious Chambers'​ "Firm of the Year" award in 2013 - first time for Linklaters in Spain. As one of leading global law firms, and part of the elite "Magic Circle" of firms, Linklaters advises the world's leading companies, financial institutions and governments on challenging and complex matters.

Collaborated with senior manager to develop financial models, market landscapes, business plans and strategic analyses related to new business opportunities in both digital and traditional business units.

Advised leading private equity firms, financial institutions and corporations on both domestic and cross-border M&A and financing transactions, as well as on general corporate issues, focusing in particular on private equity work.
