- Maintaining and troubleshooting computer devices & systems (hardware and software), and managing the firm’s internet network. - Typing, maintaining and sending all the needed information to the HR Department in Tirana (main seat of SmartCom) on a daily basis. - Maintaining the firm's camera system (hardware and software). - Managing a team of two people (IT Support team).

- Classifying and registering different invoices (investments, sales, etc.) into the LINK Financial Software on a daily basis. - Preparing offers to the clients based on their preferences and budget. - Managing the working process and the workers in the firm's factory. - Managing the firm's Social Media profile (Facebook).

I was part of the Testing Department. Selenium was used as the main software testing tool. This internship program was funded and organised by the Zoran Djindjic Internship Program of German Business.

- Receiving & dealing with the documents sent by the clients, proof-checking them, typing the needed information into the ASYCUDA (Automated System for Customs Data) software, and registering everything into detailed Excel files. - Keeping in touch with the clients, answering their questions via phone & e-mail, and supporting them in the whole process.
