Experienced professional coachwith strong focus on understanding the game, development of players, motivation and competitive attitude. I find that hard work on technical/tactical periodization, physical condition and mentality is a key for successful individual and team. During trainings I am practicing simulations of small parts of the game which means domination with the ball, high intensity, quick changes in offensive and defensive transition, moving from reduced to free space.
