-Implement, Configure, Troubleshoot WAN Service Provider Network, owned by Albania State Police. -Large Scale Network, present in all National Borders, Cities, and Remote-Sites. -Core System is made of ASR 9001 and ASR 1001. -Configure and troubleshoot Core Routing Protocol, Integrated IS-IS. Working with LDP and MP BGP for label distribution and L3 VPN Service. -OSPF Implementation for PE – CE connection. -Redundancy IBGP configuring and troubleshoot with cluster route reflector and confederate.

Network Engineer responsible for 100 sites with a total of 9000 users. Configuring and maintenance of network equipment's, Switch (L2,L3) 250 total and Routers (110). Troubleshoot L2 domains (VTP, STP, Etherchannel, VLAN, Trunk, Port Security). Network planning, Design, Troubleshoot routing protocols. Implementation of DMVPN (Phase 3) with IPsec and NHRP. Deploying and troubleshoot from HSRP, to BGP for Internet Connectivity and other issues regarding voice, video and data.

Help desk support via phone, vnc, remote desktop to end users. Provided maintenance and support for moderately complex to complex client products. Installed and configured, printers, workstations, scanners and other end point devices. Installed operating systems, software, antivirus, patches, aplications. Diagnosing and repairing problems related to equipment hardware or software. Administered user’s rights, memberships, and access in Active Directory.
