⦁ Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy; ⦁ Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards; ⦁ Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.; ⦁ Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions; ⦁ Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.

⦁ Translation of messages, live speeches, voice recordings and documents from Russian into English/German and back, with careful attention to providing proper context, meaning, tone and technical wording; ⦁ Attending conferences and meetings and act as an official interpreter to mediate discussion; ⦁ Verification, modification and editing of translations to compensate for discrepancies in technical terms and to guarantee that the final content is consistent with original material.
