Define and align financial and controlling harmonized business process for EEMEALA Development of the new Global Interface Responsible for the Month end closing procedure Preparation of the International Financial Statement Version Support of Cross Functional process with sales, purchasing and logistic department Roll out of the processes in the EEMEALA region Development and execution of end user training Test adequate implementation of Business Process Modelling the processes in AIRIS

▪Monitoring monthly reporting to the Headquarter, with consolidate results and margin allocation ▪Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with USGAAP and IFRS ▪Preparation of monthly consolidated P&L and Balance sheet ▪Preparation of the Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, P&L Analysis and margin analysis ▪Provide with all the financial analysis to the CFO and CEO ▪Prepare supporting information for the annual audit and SOX control

▪Monitoring Large capital investors and SICAVS portfolios ▪Daily monitoring and P&L of the portfolio, position reporting, balance sheet, monitoring equity positions

▪Assist in preparing cost estimation and analysis, tracking and control procedure and continuously looking at the ways of improving processes ▪Attend the revision of deviations against budget and forecast ▪Support the control and monitor project total expenditure ▪Verifying and cchecking of invoices, claims and guarantees from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors ▪Dealing with the different contracts from various international suppliers
