Information about business development and giving recommendations of changes required in alignment with business requirement. Supporting in preparation of meeting paper.

Support to 3 unit leader in order to coordinate and consolidate their work and support them in their daily business. Development, preparation and maintenance of business performance reports from division level down to class level, development of one calculation tool for plan KPIs and Sales forecast tool / Power Point presentations / Participation at weekly bestseller meetings of buying teams for taking notes / Weekly update of bestseller reports for buying teams

Development of a new Merchandise Planning System in order to fulfill needs of C&A Buying including system testing and training of the planner community. Record user requirements / Preparation of change requests and test cases / Monitoring of the planning application including error analysis and development of solutions / Review and testing of changes before implementing new releases / Execution of trainings / Support users in case of questions after the roll out

Allocation of merchandise to stores in order to fulfill the demand. (‘The timely delivery of the right merchandise to the right stores’). Preparing of sales performance reports / Sales and stock performance analysis / NOS management / Close collaboration with the buying team, countries and NOS suppliers
