New Investor #Equistone Partners Europe Building the corporate structure for the next level of growth

As founder of this start-up, I wrote the first lines of java code. As CEO of the eperi GmbH I managed the complete strategic planning of the company and ensured that all business activities remained aligned to organizational need. My focus was the growth of eperi GmbH. Therefore I brought an experienced investor team on board (#b2venture and #Evolution Equity Partners), maintained the team cohesion and rearranged the product strategy.

At Aareon, I was responsible for buildup the e-business start-up Mareon AG. I have gained strong strategic and operational knowledge by managing budgets, as well as defining and controlling the main processes. At the same time, I successfully coordinated all of Aaron’s inter-divisional projects with the Mareon AG subsidiaries. I also served as SAP-expert, managing all SAP-related questions of Aareon.

I served as Principal of the IBM Corporation in Germany and was responsible for the full lifecycle of significant multi-national projects. These were initiated, planned and processed under my control up to the go-live. I was responsible for the revenue of my projects and achieved more than hundred percent of my sales target. Thanks to my technical skills and consulting experience, I mentored Junior Consultants and carried out troubleshooting for the former Managing Director of IBM Germany, Mr. Staudt.
