I work within the European Executive division at microTECH Global to headhunt professionals for our Global clients in the Semiconductor & Electronics industries. My focus is in the IC Test area as well as senior technical / leadership and Managerial positions in Europe. On the more personal side I am a mother of two happy and hilarious young children, which means life is busy but it really helps me to keep grounded and appreciate the difficulty and importance in finding a good work life balance in a career. The tech industry fascinates me and I am lucky enough to learn something new everyday. I value the interesting and friendly conversations I have on a daily basis with my network and new contacts and I genuinely enjoy the relationships this builds. I get to speak to some great people along the way. My role works well with my Project Management background as I can take the search from start to finish with good, open communication and problem solving along the way.
