As an experienced researcher, I am in charge of asking critical questions, collecting relevant data, organising structured discussions among project stakeholders, and presenting and reporting key findings in a clear and organised manner.

I was responsible for gathering relevant data concerning key elements of electricity markets across Western European Member States.

Among my responsibilities I configured and troubleshooted equipment (e.g. routers) and services (e.g. internet access) needed for the expansion of the data network (nationwide), managed equipment inventory in close collaboration with our warehouses, developed and managed the documentation for each development (incl. configuration, topology and services enabled), and provided support to the team on-site responsible for the installation or troubleshooting.

As business developer, I had the responsibility to promote new technologies, equipment and services to major clients (i.e. Telmex). In my role of engineer, I provided technical training and support to customers.

I created an inventory of telecommunication services (nationwide) identifying critical services and analysing their use.
