Responsible for developing and maintaining commercially productive relationships, with EMEA Industrial and Medical OEM customers, like Siemens, Philips, Gemalto, by means of all Micron product lines (DRAM, NAND, NOR, eMMC, SSD). Drive and coordinate, with all internal divisions, sales and FAE, in order to meet company revenue and profitability targets.

• Coordinate Sales and FAE on day by day customer (Philips, TomTom, Parrot, Cinterion) support activities, covering in 2012 the additional role of FAE, for customers Philips and TomTom.

• Support and training to Field Application Engineers, especially on NAND and DDR products. • Support customers, especially automotive, in joint qualification activity and troubleshooting, in particular for the Signal Integrity aspects, performing Signal Integrity simulation simulations (using Hyperlynx) and analisys. • Designed and built a Micron proprietary HW analysis tools, based on Xilinx Virtex 5 FPGA, to log MMC bus transactions.

- Lead NAND flash design teams in productization phase. - Drive design teams activities of SLC/MLC NAND flash as mixed signal and analog Sr. Design Lead.

Coordinate the activity of whole flash memory core drivers design, in many NAND MLC projects. • Supervise design team during silicon verification and qualification of a NOR 128Mb wireless device. • Design and verification of complex analog and mixed signal circuits inside the core and analog blocks (charge pumps, bandgaps, array drivers, regulators) of many NOR flash memory devices (28F320D18, 28F642D18, 28F640W18, 28F128W18 28F128L18).

Responsible for maintenance and development of SW applications and operating systems for the whole test area equipments. Accomplishment ~ A new micro-manipulator SW developed in the ATA language, to double the number of probe station controlled by a single ADVANTEST tester. This new developed SW allowed to save several million dollars, avoiding the company from buying additional testers.
