Engineering Manager with 15 years of experience, worked with different Programming languages like Ruby, Java, Scala and PHP, did Backend and Frontend (web, Android & iOS), managed both product and platform teams. Worked in the domains of fintech, e-government and social networks, I bring empathy, curiosity and focus to teams, as a manager I focus on empowering and developing people. An android application that displays each day’s events, 2000+ downloads. The application is based on a Ruby on Rails backend, deployed on DigitalOcean using Capistrano, I’ve also built an android library to be used in the application (https://github.com/bigsolom/AndroidViewPagerIndicator) I’ve built this application from scratch, I did the Design, UX, marketing, … etc up to the development.
