In the course of the past years, it was a pleasure to assist so many talented software engineers in their career transitions. Some relocated to Berlin from across the ocean, some just changed the U-Bahn station, where they get off to work. No matter what distance they traveled, the job change was a life change to all of them. I am always thrilled to be a small part of that change! Sourcing for talent means solving puzzles to me. It never gets boring! I'm a huge fan of sourcing on social media. Formulating the right questions before starting any search makes the ground of my work.
