- Directing & managing extensive & highly complex international projects in power generation: gas/coal-fired power plants, waste-to-energy plants - Organizing, coordinating, monitoring & controlling project phases eng., procurement, material delivery, erection & commissioning - Reviewing requirements, clarifying technical & commercial details of contracts - Management of risks, opportunities & changes - Managing interdisciplinary project teams & subcontractors - Management of Stakeholder expectations

- Coordination and communication of project activities between the partners in UK and Saudi Arabia – King Abdullah University of Science and Technology and Saudi Aramco – as well as the involved scientists at the technical University of Munich - Financial conception, planning and controlling for three projects (Simulating CO2 Sequestration, Virtual Arabia, C2F: College of CO2 fixation). Total project costs: 21 million US$.

- Package & module product development (memory products). - Management of the interface chip / package by providing of technical training and guidance to chip and package designers worldwide. - Directing, coordination and control of project activities for development and supply of efficient solutions for signal integrity and EMC issues on in high-speed memory products.

- Doctoral thesis (Ph.D.) - Leading of numerous innovative R&D projects in close collaboration with BMBF (German Ministry of Education and Research), IBM, Advantest, Bosch GmbH and Infineon Technologies - Seminars in the courses “Electromagnetic field theory“ and “Electrodynamical behaviour of high-speed-interconnects” - Supervision of student research projects and diploma theses
