Upper Side - Career Management & Advisory A portuguese company who helps people on managing their current career status, by creating a career strategy according to the experience of the candidate and the goals of the candidate. My part on this company is to manage all the teams work in the backoffice of our services, where we developed multiple instruments that we provide our clients, that help them in find a new job or in penetrating the market in a wise and smart way.

In this internship I was responsible to organize and update all clients’ file, in order to ease the accountancy work. I was also responsible to create files for the new clients with all their financial information. During this time, I also had the opportunity to work with the basic tools of Primavera (an accountancy application) as well as in the financial platform of the Government.

In this period I helped the company with their Marketing strategy. Since this is a family company, the Marketing strategy was almost none, so I had to create it from scratch, alongside with the founder and the Operations Director. During this time, I also created a website for the company (only an information website - no online shopping) so that the clients and suppliers could see what the company has and from what brands.

In 2019 I finished my Bachelor after coming from Belgium in an ERASMUS programm. After my Bachelor I decided to put hands on work and started seraching for a job, so that I could have a bit of experience in the work life. Afterwards I was thinking on investing in a Masters degree in Business Strategy or Project Management. This last part didn't came yet, but it's still on my plans.
