Responsible for the achievement of OKRs in close cooperation with the Product Owner and the Development Team. Coach the team on agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and facilitate an agile software delivery process by continuously and collaboratively improving all aspects of Scrum development. Facilitate refinement meetings to reduce complexity and add clarity. Ensure knowledge transfer and organizational learning across departments. Report and help to solve impediments and risks

Lead 2 cross-functional teams focused on implementing Fintech&Payment solutions on the e-commerce platform. Main achievements: Successfully deliver the MVP Cashback and implement the Credit module on the platform. Apply agile methods and practices (Scrum and Kanban). Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review and Retro). Employ agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) Use 1:1 feedback practices with the team; Promote continuous improvement (PDCA).

Simultaneously support 3 squads. Educate the team in agile practices (Scrum and Kanban) Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro). Work with the Product Owner and the Software Engineering Teams in managing the product backlog Employ agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro) to manage backlog, ensure documentation, and simplify Scrum events Monitor team’s velocity. Report impediments/risks and help to solve them. Participate in Design Thinking sessions to improve product concept.
