I am a HR professional with more than 10 years of experience (Business Partner, Lead Recruiter, Recruiter). Creating trustful, collaborative and efficient relationships with leaders, teams and individual contributors is a guiding principle in my work and allows me to influence on all levels. I am passionate about contributing to an environment where employees feel valued and supported to do their very best work, where they feel they can grow and continue to learn and develop.
