I was a core member of the Global Industrial Practice working across all functions including General Management, R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Board of Directors. Additionally, I took over sole responsibility as Knowledge Manager Europe (with special focus on the D-A-CH region) for the segment CHEMICAL & PROCESS INDUSTRIES.

I consciously stepped away from the day-to-day business for a limited amount of time and deliberately traveled alone in 13 countries (Japan, Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Cook Islands (Rarotonga, Aitutaki), Argentina and Uruguay). Travel to me is a state of mind. It is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living.

The firm provides 1. professional recruitment consultancy (contracting, permanent placement and temporary-employment) specializing in the areas of IT, Engineering, Finance and Life Science, 2. Managed Services & Consulting, 3. Business Process Management Consulting. I was co-responsible and actively involved in the establishment of a new division "Permanent Placement".

The firm provides cross-industrial executive search research to executive search firms. Conducting executive search assignments (primarily global talent market mappings) on a national and international scale across all industry verticals & functions and hierarchy levels. Additionally, I was involved in cold calls and initial sales conversations with potential clients as well as customer management.
