Responsible for Customer Application Support in Region EMEA for Gaming, Consumer and Industrial Applications

Product champion for NXP MCUs in EMEA Regional Marketing. Lead opportunities to design-in/wins. Update customers/distributors on the new MCU offering. Pre/post-sales Customer support.

Optimize performances of complex enterprise SW systems (Business Support Systems for Telecommunication/Network Operators) through profiling and monitoring activities. Analyze and tune the system components (NUMA and SMP enterprise server architectures, storage systems, UNIX Operating Systems, Oracle Database, Application Software) in order to drive design improvements and assess the maximum design capacity at given conditions (system sizing).

Analyze industry technology solutions and trends related to high performance, high reliable and secure solid state storage systems (Technology Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Patent and Intellectual Property Analysis, Custom Projects). Identify what is innovative on the market through an expert review of the relevant patents and direct contacts with leading edge industries.

Pre-sales and Post-sales Customer Support. HW/SW system level debugging and troubleshooting. Identify Workarounds in case of spec violations. Interface between the field and internal Product development and Product Engineering departments.
