    My motto for this new adventure is "impelling growth and change". I've realised that moments of quick change in companies is what I like and where I excel. These moments (doesn't matter if they are due to strong growth or struggling with problems) require creativity, quick analytical skills, global vision of the situation and the problem and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. These situations are a constant challenge . I now want to help a few companies less than 4 to change and grow

    Company was founded by 4 university friends they were closing first round of financing and wanted someone with more experience to lead them into the growth of the company. In just two years we achieved positive EBITDA and closed contracts worth several million euros mainly to Spanish Real State companies. I also took care of sales of software to European telcos and relationship with investors.

    I was responsible of sales and marketing of a group of companies in different sectors and countries. I reorganized product portfolio and segmentation, brand strategy, created a new subsidiary in Italy and managed daily sales activity.

    First round of financing had just been closed. President and founder took care of investors and I ran the company. In a few months we created the business of SMS premium where there was none and closed contracts with major telcos like Telefonica or Vodafone and we managed to get more than 500.000 registered users.

    Laufen group a public held swiss company had just been bought by the Roca group and I was the only member of the board newly appointed into its Brazilian subsidiary by the acquirer in order to integrate the new company, create sinergies and supervise things.

    The company was a fully owned distributor of airconditioning and heating products form the Roca group. I was responsible for strategic planning of it as well as daily operations and reporting to mother company. Company passed from losses to profit and when for strategical reasons the holding company decided that did'n want any more fully owned subsidiaries I sold some activities and closed the rest.
