Responsible for the apron (coordination and infrastructure) at the whole Airbus Hamburg plant. Responsible for all aircraft ground handling and dispatching activities like fueling, towing, jacking, de-icing, all airport services etc. . Responsible for budget, planning and controlling as well as disciplinary power over the total staff, which consists of 80 people employed.

Senior Manager Flightline/Delivery. Responsible for all production related activities during flightline and delivery phase of the delivered single aisle aircraft (A318, A319, A321) out of Hamburg. This includes all maintenance, logistic and technical planning activities, flighttest, missions and other special programs with all organizational needs. Responsible for budget, planning and controlling as well as disciplinary power over the total staff, which consists of 170 people employed.

Responsible and supervising function of all production related activities during flightine and delivery phase out of Hamburg delivery Center. Furthermore responsible for the capacity planning of the personal and training / qualification of the maintenance staff for single aisle aircraft (A318, A319, A321)

Responsible for all technical,quality and documentation related issues during the flightline process. responsible for all Airbus-partner related technical issues and work coordination within the flightline timeframe.

Responsible for work planning, arrangement and logistic of the rear fuselage (structure assembly) of the Airbus A300 / A310. Partner Coordinator for different Airbus plants (national and international)
