Beruflicher Werdegang

Im WS 1975/76 habe ich mein Studium begonnen, habe im Oly-Dorf gewohnt, war dort im Vorstand des Vereins "Studenten im Olympiadorf e.V.", habe den Werkstattausschuss und das Kontrollorgan geleitet und war zum Ende meiner Wohnzeit bis 1983 Organisationstutor.

Mit Franz Maget und Freddy Hummel bildete ich Ende der 197oer Jahre den Vorstand des Juso-Kreisverbands 8. Zusätzlich habe ich bei der Post gearbeitet. Täglich von o6:oo Uhr bis o9:oo Uhr war ich als Eilzusteller unterwegs, zunächst mit VW-Käfer, später mit Golf-Diesel, jeweils mit Allwetterreifen ausgerüstet, sommers wie winters. Ich hatte verschiedene Zustellbereiche, war sowohl im Münchener Norden unterwegs als auch im Süden bis Neuried und im Westen bis Pasing. Für die Deutsche Postgewerksachft war ich Vertrauensmann für die studentischen Hilfskräfte.

Nach dem II. Staatsexamen habe ich mich als Anwalt niedergelassen, zunächst in der Josephspitalstr. 7. 1993 bin ich mit meiner Kanzlei an den Oberanger 36 umgezogen und 2oo2 nach Altschwabing, Beichstr. 5.

Zunächst habe ich fast ausschließlich Verkehrsunfallregulierung betrieben, dann einige Jahre Ausländer- und Asylrecht. Seit einigen Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit Arzthaftung und mehr und mehr habe ich Beratungsverträge mit kleineren Gesellschaften, meist GmbHs. Scheidungssachen bearbeite ich jedes Jahr mehrere. Daneben werde ich immer wieder vom Familiengericht München, teilweise auch Erding oder Starnberg, zum Verfahrensbeistand oder Umgangspfleger für Kinder von getrennt lebenden oder geschiedenen Eltern bestellt. Auch vor den Strafgerichten trete ich immer wieder als Verteidiger auf, meist in Jugendstrafsachen, teilweise aber auch in Betrugs- oder sogar Totschlagsfällen.

Darüberhinaus bin ich seit dem Jahre 2ooo als Schlichter tätig. Seit 2002 beschäftige ich mich auch mit Steuerberatung, Bilanzerstellung etc..

Seit Kurzem arbeite ich auch mit der ascent AG, dem Marktführer der freien Investmentfondsvermittlung. Einladung zu Fachvorträgen (FV) und Business Meetings.

Parcours professionel de Maître Sponheimer, Avocat à Munich

J'ai commencé mes études au semestre d'hiver 1975/76, habitant dans le village Olympia à Munich où j'ai été président de l'association "Etudiants au Village Olympique" ("Studenten im Olympiadorf e.V."); j'y ai dirigé le comité de l'atélier et l'organe de contrôlé et à la fin de mon séjour jusqu'en 1983 j'ai été tuteur de l'organisation.

Avec Franz Maget et Freddy Hummel j'ai formé à la fin des années 70 la présidence de l'association régionale 8 des jeunes socialistes (Juso-Kreisverband 8). A part celà, j'ai travaillé à la poste. J'étais en route tous les jours, l'été comme l'hiver, de 06:00 heures à 09:00 heures en tant que coursier des plis urgents, d'abord dans une coccinelle VW, ensuite avec une Golf Diesel, équipés respectivement de pneus adaptés pour toutes les conditions météorologiques. J'avais différentes zones de distribution et circulais aussi bien dans le secteur nord de Munich que dans le secteur sud jusqu'à Neuried et à l'ouest jusqu'à Pasing. J'étais l'homme de confiance du syndicat de la poste allemande, responsable des étudiants auxiliaires.

Du o1.o5.1986 jusqu'au 31.o8.1986 j'étais avocat stagiaire auprès du cabinet Wenner et Cie à Paris.

Après le second examen d'Etat (Staatsexamen) je me suis installé en tant qu'avocat, d'abord à la Josephspitalstr. 7. En 1993 j'ai déplacé mon cabinet à Oberanger 36 et en 2oo2 à Altschwabing, Beichstr. 5.

Au départ je me suis consacré prèsqu'exclusivement à la régularisation de sinistres de la circulation, ensuite et pendant quelques années au droit des étrangers et de l'asile. Depuis quelques années je m'occupe d'affaires de responsabilité des médecins et conclus de plus en plus souvent depuis quelques années des contrats de consultation avec des petites entreprises, la plupart du temps des SARL. Je traite plusieurs affaires de divorce par an. Par ailleurs, je suis périodiquement désigné, par le tribunal de la famille de Munich et parfois ceux d'Erding ou de Starnberg, comme avocat (Verfahrensbeistand) ou médiateur dans des affaires de droit de visite et d'hébergement (Umgangspfleger) pour des enfants de parents séparés ou divorcés. J''interviens aussi devant les tribunaux correctionnels en tant qu'avocat de la défense, le plus souvent dans des affaires correctionnels des adolescents, également parfois dans des affaires d'escroquerie ou même d'homicie.

Par ailleurs, j'assure depuis 2000 des missions de médiateur et depuis 2002 et des conseils fiscals.

Professional Career / Experience

I started my studies with the winter semester of 1975/76 and lived in the Olympic Village, where I was a member of the Steering Committee of the Association “Students in the Olympic Village”. I led the Workshop Committee and the Supervisory Board, and was an Organizational Tutor until I moved out in 1983.

Along with Franz Maget and Freddy Hummel, I was a member of the Executive Committee of the Young Socialists 8th District Association in the late 1970s. In addition, I worked for the Post Office where I delivered Express Mail between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. every day, Summer and Winter. My first delivery vehicle was a VW Beetle, followed later by a Golf Diesel, each equipped with all-weather tyres. I covered various postal districts, in the north of Munich and as far as Neuried in the south, as well as Pasing to the west of Munich. For the German postal Trade Union, I acted as shop steward for the student helpers.

After completing the Second State Examination, I established myself as a Lawyer, initially in the Josephspitalstraße 7. In 1993, I moved my Practice to Oberanger 36, and then in 2002 to Old-Schwabing, Beichstrasse. 5.

Initially I concentrated almost exclusively on settling traffic accident cases, then for a few years on legislation relating to asylum and immigration. For several years I have been dealing with medical malpractice and increasingly I have made consulting contracts with smaller companies, mostly limited liability companies. I deal with several cases of Divorce each year. As well as this, I am often appointed by the Family Court in Munich, and sometimes Erding or Starnberg, to act as counsellor to proceedings or guardian relating to interaction within the family for children of separated or divorced parents. I also repeatedly act as counsel for the defence in the criminal courts, usually in juvenile cases, but partly also in cases of fraud or even manslaughter.

Since 2000 I work also in arbitration and since 2002 as consultant.

With my law office I stay in contact with some people in Paris and London which are able to helb companies from most countries around the world to help plan joint ventures from first concepts through to formal proposals and implementation. And their advice and support continues while these projects are up and running to help solve any problems that may arise.
