A digital manufacturing enthusiast, all my experiences are about to analyze, measure and decode the process improvements on successful understanding of business process and defining the requirements through ERP and in manufacturing automation using MES System. My key area of focus is to use digital technologies to unlock the potentials on value chain. 1. Reduce Time to Value 2. Reduce Cycle Times 3. Increase Service Levels 4. Decrease in Manufacturing Cost, 5. Improved Visibility 6. Reducing Working Capital. But not limited to above, because all the above is strongly bonded with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance. I have worked on several projects and faced a lot of different challenges, developed many successful initiatives and gained many positive business impacts.
