After graduating from both Ege University and Berlin School of Economics and Law with a BS in Business Management, I joined Nestle Turkey as a Key Account Field Executive. I worked in different positions related to Customer Business Development with a huge variety of customer profiles for 6 years. Later, my passion for Learning and Development made my career way into a different Industry, Education. I worked for Pearson as a Senior Consultant for 2 years and was responsible for corporate customers to develop their recruitment process with digital assessment tools and to design different L&D and ELT programs with different digital solutions. Now, I am working at SparkUs with the passion of bringing coaching to a wider audience and helping organisations to build a powerful culture as Head of Growth and doing my Masters in HR Management in Berlin
