Conducted research on redox flow battery cells to integrate performance and production cost functions to optimize an existing software model representing a battery system. Executed buildups of test plans and further developed test processes and methods according to literature reviews.

Inspected stamped vehicle parts for defects and generated inventory lists. Managed employee training for new hires over the period of 5 months. Offered continuous guidance and mentorship on best practices while providing constructive feedback.

Analyzed failed test cases and developed solutions to conduct tests on an engine test bench. Optimized an existing LabVIEW software model to acquire data from an engine cylinder test bench.

• Review and implement part design changes on OEM assembly floor by liaising with auto part supplier companies, product design, in-house engineering and quality inspector • Root cause analysis to solve problems and maintain design specifications of 200 vehicle parts based on engineering specification (chassis, powertrain, brakes and suspension parts) • Test drive production Toyota Corolla with part change to assess quality using NVH analysis techniques
