The Goal is to achieve minimum accelerations in a measuring device during the drop tests in order to contain the maximum stresses and deformations. Key topics :- 1. Material modelling of a foam material for the handle. 2. Acceleration data comparison with the experimental data. 3. Screw connections (Pre-tension) effect on simulation. 4. Effect of accelerations on inner mechanisms through prediction of maximum plastic deformations.
