Established a Grants Office for the targeted counselling of Scientists on funding issues.Provides support in proposals’ design and development , in the contracts’ and consortium agreements’ negotiation. Helped fulfilling reporting and accounting obligations of externally funded projects. Performed troubleshooting duties during the pre- and post-award phases. Interfaced and liaised with various stakeholders and funding institutions. Organized and coordinated workshops focused on EU-funding.

Provided proactive support by the coordination of 2 EC projects (a RTD Project and a Research Infrastructure). Oversaw the preparation and submission of proposals, assisted with negotiations, and managed the projects' implementation administratively. Ensured seamless access for molecular biologists, biochemists and cell biologists from EC MS and AS to conduct advanced structural studies at the Research Infrastructure. Organised projects' meetings and workshops, drafted annual and final project reports.
