Head-Hunted for the position of Director-Sales & Marketing, he is responsible for Accounting, Finance, Logistics and HR Administration, Marketing and Sales, Profit and Loss and a wide range of over 138 staff members. Directing all business operations for IME, he has doubled annual revenue by capturing new markets and negotiating the Sole Distributing Contact with RS Components. From his initiation with IME, he has been able to position the company as the number one supplier in its domain. His 5-10 year business plan has resulted in successfully shifting efforts from a dying market to a current, lucrative market for both IME and RS Components.

Mr. Abi-Aad has increased sales by +45% and cut operating expenses by over 33%, as well as expanding customer base 25% by implementing and launching client mining and acquisition, advertising. Georges T. Abi-Aad has achieved significant savings by renegotiating RS Component contracts and credit facility contracts by reengineering internal management, customer service and lead development infrastructure by diversifying functions of outside staff, rearranging sales territories and implementing a customer service program to support outside sales force.
