A. Perform/Control the whole OUTSOURCING process of Import Letters of Credit (L/C) relative to Byblos Bank Foreign Entities (located in Cyprus, Syria, Iraq, Khartoum/Sudan, and Armenia) B. Perform/Control the whole OUTSOURCING process of the Export L/C relative to Byblos Bank Foreign Entities. C. Perform/Control the whole OUTSOURCING process of Back-to-Back L/Cs as well as the Transferrable Export L/Cs relative to Byblos Bank Foreign Entities.

1. In charge of customer accounts opening, with relative branch operation transactions such as: cheque deposits, Banker cheque issuance, transfers-in, transfers-out, etc… 2. In charge of Retail branch banking transactions relative to Personal Loans, Car Loans, Housing Loans, Visa/Master Cards, etc…. 3. Identify customer needs in order to properly promote bank products and services. 4. Coordinate with the Compliance Department in order to properly fulfill “Know Your Customer (KYC)” requirements.

1. In charge of the accounting reconciliation process of ATM (Automated Teller Machine) pending transactions. 2. In charge of the accounting reconciliation process of Government Housing Loan accounting transactions. 3. Perform Headquarters Transfers-in and Transfers-out transactions. 4. Perform Salary Domiciliation transactions.

1. Prepare “Central Bank of Lebanon (BDL)”, the “Banking Control Commissions (BCC)”, the “Centrale des Risques (CDR)”, and our Toronto-Canada Headquarters required monthly/quarterly/annual reports. 2. Perform the reconciliation process of Nostro-Accounts. 3. Perform End of Month (EOM), End of Quarter (EOQ), and End of Year (EOY) relative accounting transactions. 4. Perform monthly salaries transactions with relative monthly/ yearly required reports by National Social Security of Funds, Ministry of Financ

1. Perform the data-entry of the Daily accounting transactions under the computerized system. 2. Perform the data-entry of the In/Out raw materials (Cartons/Ink) stocks transactions. 3. Check suppliers’ received documents, required under our Import Documentary Letters of Credit concerning the imported raw materials. 4. Organize the set of specimen of our printed packages (final products). 5. Maintain and organize both our suppliers and customers files.
