Evolving the design of all BnotK platforms and adapting the existing screens based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. Designing of the information architecture, usability, interaction flows and creating high fidelity mockups of all BnotK applications. Translating concepts into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. Presenting and communicating work results to multiple stakeholders, holding feedback sessions, and improving the product accordingly.
