At IT Services Hungary as part of a 2nd Level Incident Team our tasks include troubleshooting complex configuration issues, analyzing and resolving performance related network problems, and implementing hardware replacements on Cisco and Juniper devices. In the case of major incidents, we also take part in problem management. We administer changes in the backbone network and in certain cases carry out the implementation of certain emergency changes.

During this term (ON AND OFF!) I was working for several agencies (Jobs Pertemps Crawley,First Call, Single Resource, etc.) in West Sussex and in Surrey, UK. For companies like SONY DADC, Creative Technology Ltd., Dimension Audio, Royal mail, Yodel, Pentagon Plastics, Hepworths Brewery, etc. I have been working over there until the start of my BSc course (2012). At National Instruments Hungary stock-taking of electronic spareparts and registering the gathered data in MS Excel and in Oracle SQL.

At IT Services Hungary I was involved in server side monitoring and application management. Studying Ticket managing system (Cosima Service Center). I also created IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6.1 English-Hungarian end user manual as my personal project.

By Erasmus+ programme at Universität Paderborn (University of Paderborn), in Germany I had a great opportunity to study abroad such subjects as Web engineering and XML in databases.
