-Execution and analysis of the different modules of the meter life cycle using the end-to-end process to ensure the necessary maintenance. -Create automated test scripts using java and selenium that cover checks on database, kafdrop messages (IBM OSS topics, internal and external topics), Elasticsearch messages, GUI interfaces... after reading and understanding the Jira functional test cases. -Analyse, reporting and tracking detected bugs/regressions in Jira. -Provide regular reports.

-Review of specifications: Analysis of functional and technical requirements. -Functional, non-functional, regression and confirmation tests. -Identify and report software problems in JIRA with corresponding data. -Enter project requirements, assign tasks to specific users and manage multiple calendars using confluence. -Writing scripts using Python, Selenium and Robot Framework in the VScode environment to automate the testing of a client's web application.

-Development of a digital twin solution to detect gearbox failures in a preventive manner and avoid gear damage using AI applied to software testing. -Redesign the gears model with Ansys engineering simulation software and link it to the physical system to analyze and monitor the data remotely using sensors and NI-DAQmx system.

The group work on the wiring system of Volkswagen German cars, my task was: -Integration of PLC-controlled self-guided vehicles (AGV) instead of worker-guided industrial storage carts to increase the speed of cable storage operations and reduce labour by 60%. -Prepare the complete project study by designing the new area using AnyLogic software which includes AGV models, paths, sensors... -Development of a PLC program that shows all cases of the storage operation using the new AGV solution.

-Discover and integrate into the company and contribute to the various maintenance tasks. -Working with the maintenance team on practical interventions in the various departments. -Perform preventive maintenance techniques: ISO 9001, FMECA, MTBF and quality management methods to increase the production cycle and avoid technical problems. -Tools: Quality management, AMDEC, MTBF, Food Industry

-The main task of this project is to study the replacement of a DC motor with another 200 kW three-phase AC motor and its variable speed drive for the company, the study includes the purchase of the AC motor from ABB and the installation. -Carry out the complete study of the new installation after electrotechnical calculation based on ABB technical data sheets, then validation by the head of the company's electrical department.

-Implemented a new solution to improve the safety of the control part of an AC motor by using thermal magnetic circuit breaker ​instead of the previous control solution of a circuit breaker and separate fuses, the problem being repeated damage to the fuses due to their sensitivity, with damage to one fuse causing the control system to shut down, stopping the production line. -The new solution will reduce downtime and ensure continued productivity. -Tools: QelectroTech software, Food Industry.

Grade: Ing I had the opportunity to spend semester at HTWK in Leipzig Germany as part of an exchange programme with National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS). This program allows me to acquire the skills necessary to master : -Machine Learning -Python -Data Analysis -NumPy · Pandas (Software) · TensorFlow -speech recognition

Grade: 3.7 ENIS accredited by the Commission of European Engineers (CTI-Paris-France).
