- I am an International MBA graduate from Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid. During my first five years of working experience, I worked for J. Walter Thompson and McCann-Erickson, developing and implementing advertising campaigns, promotions, and direct marketing to blue-chip clients such as General Motors, Unilever, UPS, and MasterCard among others. During my last two years I worked half-days imbedded in MasterCard’s Marketing Department in order to optimize communication with McCann Erickson. During the two years prior to my International MBA, I started my own company - an entrepreneurial venture dedicated to the production and commercialization of sod grass. My position of General Manager gave me the possibility to experience the entire startup process while managing more than 30 employees and conducting the expansion of the company.
