As Service Assurance Advisor engineer I guide customers to leverage our latest technologies to achieve the use cases and guide them to move their deployment to Pega cloud to have their environments up to date and current. As part of migrating Customers applications to Pega cloud we do GAP analysis of On-Premise deployment with respect to DB, Application server and Pega applications. We recommend solutions to the GAPS identified and guide customers throughout the migration journey.

As Service Assurance Advisor I guide customers in their implementations to adhere to the latest guardrail compliance. Help customers with their performance testing by reviewing the infrastructure utilization, reviewing the slow running queries and optimize them. I actively use PDC to find bottlenecks with performance of the application.

As Principal Software Engineer I have helped with customers application migration to Pega cloud. I have contributed to the development of the Cloud Readiness Tool. This tool is leveraged to identify the cloud related gaps with respect to application. I have contributed to the enhancement of the Usage Validation Utility tool. This tool captures the usage of the current environment such as total number of users, total simultaneous users , etc…

As Senior Software Engineer I have done platform upgrades for customers who are from earlier Pega platform versions such as 6.x and 5.x. Post upgrade we retrofit the user interface of one the critical process flows defined by the customer. I have developed the prototype of the DSM portal in 6.3.SP1 version. The necessity of this portal is to allow the users access to propositions and ADM models for which the users are entitled t0.

As a Software Engineer I have built custom solutions requested by our key clients. I have implemented enabling ruleset versions for use case and requirements rules in 6.2.sp2 version. I have been part of the incremental release update team during this tenure I contributed to regression testing of cumulative hotfixes as build and fixed a few of the regressions out of it. I have evaluated the Telerik automation tool by automating the CSA exercise course.

Being part of a scrum team to build Pega flows components. I was responsible for test case creation and executing the test cases.

As Software Engineer I have built coverage apps to regression test the Pega Platform features.

As a Trainee I was trained in Pega and Java.
