• Responsible for all the production, purchase and logistic process of NPI (new product introduction) in the company. • Reporting directly to the CEO. • Budget building and controlling as well as responsibility of project schedule. • Building and assimilating ERP MFG systems.

• Local and world wide purchasing of electronic, optical and mechanical components. • Localization of replacement and cheaper components in the BOM. • Budget control and reporting to the management about financial obligations. • Management of subcontractors in full turn-key or semi turn-key. • Shipment of the finished goods to the customer. • Import of raw material including confirmation from Office of Standards and Regulations.

• Searching for electronic and optical component suppliers. • Budget Control. • Negotiating yearly contracts and support contracts with subcontractors. • Negotiating prices and conditions to purchase production machines. • Import and Export Logistic controlling. • Management of subcontractors around the world under full/semi turn-key conditions. • Assimilation of ERP System, ORACLE and AGILE.

• Purchasing of raw materials (chemicals, electronic parts, clean room products, maintenance parts and general purchasing). • Management of subcontractors (food, transportation, cleaning). • Negotiating yearly contracts and support contracts with subcontractors. • Management of Orders. • Warehouse Manager and Inventory Controlling. • Budget Control. • Assimilation of ERP System Education.
