Hakan Köse has a strong understanding over customer engagement processes, in areas such as Marketing, Sales and Service to be more precise. With his career rooting back to 2012, he took the decision to become a full time Customer Experience (f.k.a. CRM) consultant two years later. Starting with SAP CRM on-premise solution back in those days and later successor cloud solutions, such as SAP Marketing, Sales and Service Cloud, introduced by SAP, he has been involved in several projects, end-to-end and support, domestic as well as international ones. Lately he also has taken the decison to upskill in Salesforce solutions in the very same areas to better serve the clients. Throughout the years, he acquired some technical skills in parallel such as debugging, basic ABAP programming, basic CPI mappings and setups, basic HANA view modeling to name a few as a result of his technical affinity.
