Online and face-to-face tutoring for master-level students in Applied Linguistics and TESOL

My duties included distributing the call for papers, communicating with authors and reviewers, recruiting reviewers for the journal, managing journal website via Terminal 4 Site Manager, reviewing submissions and making decisions about publication.

Preparing materials and leading seminars for modules 'Language and Cross-cultural Communication' and 'Sociolinguistics'. Other duties included student support and communication via email and Blackboard virtual environment. It was also my responsibility to mark short and long assignments associated with the modules. I have also run a session on 'Peer-reviewing for Academic Journals' for the Postgraduate Training Programme at the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.

I led seminars or final year students of TEFL. These were tailored to students' needs: tutoring for assignment preparation, developing speaking and writing skills required for the module 'Written and Spoken Discourse in English III'.

Dissertation title: 'One nation, two languages': representations of official languages on bilingual news websites in Belarus Activities and Societies: Student representative for MA Applied Linguistics and TESOL cohort

Planning, organization and orientation of educational processes and support in learning of students. Strong emphasis in research in the area of education and service vocation through teaching of foreign languages both in public and private schools (student group up to 30 people).
