Head the research and development projects. Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with assigned carriers & partners. Becoming the key point of contact for carriers and managing the project from beginning to end. Defining, planning and managing the execution of the projects phases of the launch programme. Initial investigation and filtering of technical issues during testing. Provide technical assistance to the internal Business Units, at all stages of the programme.

Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. Serve as Team Lead for the administration and maintenance of the project. Serve as a Team Lead for troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery done by more junior Innovators. Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of systems, hardware and software Report the project process to the General Manager

Plan, implement, install, configure and manage network infrastructure. Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provide expert support when necessary. Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor. Communicate effectively with high-level Management to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Initiate and implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
