• In charge of the project-product development for I-Plume (achieved a cost saving of around US$ 8-10 million/year.) • Led project plan, resource allocation, and cost monitoring of the project to enhance the performance of heat load reduction, fan coil units, rooftop units, blowers, and HVAC system/ components through the Design of Experiments (DOE) along with the design team. • Developed correlations with experimental set-up and data, to optimize the project flow, thus saving time and cost on the project.
