Over the past years, I have built and developed technology brands, digital business models and marketing organisations in very different organisational setups. These ranged from a listed international IT corporation (Amadeus) to a market-leading SME (Traveltainment) to an agile disruptor with a strong start-up mentality in the context of AI-driven Personalisation (BD4 Group). I have always been committed to creating customer-centric brand experiences and journeys that connect on and offline. To achieve this, I developed and executed individual and effective go-to-market and full-funnel strategies for complex IT products across owned, earned, and paid channels. I strongly believe that marketing needs to take a strategic leadership role, working very closely with product management and sales. A high level of customer understanding based on direct interaction and deep product knowledge is a crucial foundation for me.
