Also responsible for Strategy MIS analysis; • Utilization of cutting-edge technology solutions such as TRIAD Software (strategy manager), Predictive dialer and Best Time to Call; • In charge of implementing Collection Re-engineering and outsoursing process; • Active monitoring of portfolio indicators to guarantee at least all goals concerning GWO and Recovery are met.
