About me

Hervé brings to Flowcastings over 15 years of controllership, financial management and global business experience across a variety of industries. He began his career with Rhone Poulenc (now Aventis), leading Business Development for a new business in Germany and Austria. In 1999, he joined General Electric’s Corporate Audit Staff, eventually being promoted to audit manager and certified Six sigma Black Belt. There he led controllership, due diligence and cost productivity projects across Japan, US and Europe.

He later became controller of Flakt Woods Group, a private equity-owned company with 13 locations globally, where he led a major restructuring effort. In 2005, Hervé joined Novartis AG as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting, building up a global team to manage internal financial controls across the consumer health division, including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. Previously Herve was Senior Controller and Director with Good Energies, Inc, a global venture capital investor in renewable energy technologies.

Hervé earned an Executive MBA from IMD, Lausanne and a Master in Business from EDHEC Business School, France.
