• Identifying, piloting and applying new technology to improve data and service delivery • Preparing digital and physical data for use in subsurface and/or regional workflows and technical systems, as well as managing the receipt and distribution to and from third parties, e.g. partners, contractors and regulatory authorities • Acting as Contract Accountable Manager for several storage service vendors • Resolving data management, migration, integration, technical and data quality issues

• Manage on day-to-day basis data delivery process from all contractors, suppliers and internal company project teams and verify this data is used and stored according company standards. • Analyze complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements. • Review and develop technical design and solutions for new frameworks, tools and utilities for the Data Management Team.

• Accountable for near term and long-term Midstream Data Management Team deliverables. • Lead and support Data Management service delivery with comprehensive Data Management process and technical expertise in executing projects. • Continuously look for opportunities to improve service, work with team to develop and implement plan to reorganize and inspire change across multiple projects. • Coach and train junior-level team members. • Manage timely follow-up and resolution of compliance issues.

• Creating various data statistical, data quality measuring reports in Business Objects. • Designing and specifying suitable systems/tools to satisfy business requirements. • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using reporting software. • Prepare SQL queries to extract data from disparate sources (Oracle, MS Access etc.). • Compile operational, maintenance and inspection data • Cross check of documentation and data for verification.

• Delivery functional and technical components of solutions using company products. • Perform hands-on planning design and configuration (reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations, distributions, etc.). • Responsible of creating and maintaining documentations for new and existing applications.

• Coordinating the information and data throughout the project environment utilizing company specific systems, technology and tools. • Supporting the project in creating of data centered execution technique. • Writing process work flow instruction sets for various activities. • Creating various data statistical, data quality measuring reports in Business Objects.

• Maintain the detailed project plan and project budget. • Assist in the monthly close of IT financials. • Maintaining detailed finance plan. • Monitor and perform analysis of risk, issues, and problems for trends requiring project manager corrective action. • Coordinate IT resources on-boarding and off-boarding activities. • Organize the project library on the SharePoint project website, assigning documents into the library and maintaining control of documents in the library. • Track project budget.
