I am currently working on an interim contract to provide the Networking Manufacturer 3Com with a PAN EMEA Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solution. I am responsible for identifying and sourcing talented individuals who will support 3Com's continued growth. I am always interested in speaking to and making contact with people who are in sales through to director level positions.

I am a Director of RSL, a specialist Sales and Management Executive Search Consultancy based in the UK. RSL was formed in 1996 and is a niche recruitment consultancy operating within the enterprise hardware, software and services sector across EMEA. We typically undertake interim recruitment process outsourcing projects and retained assignments to source market leading management and sales personnel within the upper echelons of the channel and vendor community both in the UK and across EMEA.
