M-Files is a Finnish based company with over 600+ employees in Europe and the US. Working closely with the training team in Finland, my role has involved creating and delivering classroom and remote learning training to customers and partners to support large customer projects in a range of industries for example management consultancies, housing associations and government agencies. In addition to training, I was also involved in consulting on customer change management processes and best practises.

Temenos (Geneva) is the fourth-largest software company in Europe. My role involved creating and delivering technical training that enabled customers and partners to quickly build end-user front-end web/mobile interfaces that integrated into back-end banking solutions. This involved developing extensive practical training courses delivered that I delivered on a VMware platform to banking customers worldwide in the UK and Middle East.

Alfresco (500 employees+) was a leading provider of ECM Documentation and Workflow Management software. Reporting directly to the Training Manager in Atlanta my role was to deliver global online and onsite software technical training to customers, partners and employees. I worked closely with the training team in the US and with the global 3rd party Alfresco training Partners.

Orga Systems was one of Germany’s leading Telecoms software development companies. I was involved in designing, creating and delivering advanced course programs to the worldwide customer base. • Liaising closely with sales, development and support teams • Designing extensive technical course programs for multi-cultural audiences and with the emphasis on skill-based, hands-on learning. • Leading the development of technical e-learning courses.
