Responsible for implementing an End User Workplace programme of a large energy account in UK&I (over 20,000 PCs, 80 different sites, 12 different business). Responsible for designing and implementing main actions/tasks to transfer current service to HP delivery team. Risk, Change and Cost management to fulfill project aims. Responsible for detecting new opportunities and preparing a proper solution cost and time effective.

- Responsible for IT Support Service of Carrefour Spain (French Retail company). - Responsible for full execution of Service Level Agreements with customers. - Manager of 32 technicians, divided into 5 technical teams. - Project Manager and Coordinator of IT projects related to Support Service (HPOV Service Center, support integrations with other countries, etc).

- On-site software engineer, working with large customers and implementing complex technical solutions. - Since May 2005, working as Printing Technical Consultant for the two largest PPU with printing services deals in Spain, including Telefonica DistritoC. Responsible for the technical implementation of printing software applications (including third party applications) and focused on giving customers a new printing perspective.
