Responsible for the development and management of various Transfer Pricing issues within the Erste Group. Leading SLA and CCA development and negotiatons. Proactive cooperation with other departments, other Erste Group members (cross border and domestic ones) and external advisors as well.

As the sole tax manager of the Nabucco Project I am responsible for all tax matters relating to Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey. Due to the complexity of the Project, I am heavily involved in all business activities (e.g. Project Finance, Capacity Trading, Procurement, HR, Legal, etc) and shareholders matters. Main areas: - International tax planning - Transfer pricing - Negotiations with tax authorities - VAT - Project Finance

Under the supervision of the Managing Director, I have established and lead the respective credit risk division and have supported the company with internal tax advice and coordination

During the employment by EON Energy Supplier Kft this secondment was required in order to establish the a.m. risk system within the Hungarian company. Main area: - credit risk assesment of EET´s business partners

Under the supervision of the Head of Finance Department I have supported the E.ON Hungarian group with regard to national and international tax related tasks. Main areas: - internatioanl tax planning - transfer pricing - tax audits, eg VAT - advising on Hungarian tax matters

Under the supervision of the Tax Manager of the Human Capital Team I have provided expatriates with different tax optimization advices and with compliance work.
