In 2011, we established a dyehouse within Spot Textile. The dyehouse had a capacity of 10 tons per day. For garment dyeing and washing we had a large scale of techniques . I made garment dyeing with Smartex Miracle dyeing machine using 1:2 liquor ratio. I also provided technical support for the development and improvement of the Smartex Miracle Dyeing machine by cooperation with Tolkar Machinery.

In 2007 I started to work at Spot textile and established the dyeing - washing R&D department. I created collections for famous brands such as Inditex, H&M, Abercrombie, Kappahl, Mango. Besides, to develop garment dyeing culture in the company, I organized trainings for related departments and worked for the creation of standards and rules for production with minimum errors.

I worked as a Laundry Product Manager in the company with nearly 200 employees. I organized and managed denim washing production processes of famous brands such as New Yorker, Pepe Jeans and Tommy Hilfiger.

Freshtex is a global company applying various wet and dry processes to achieve fashion effects on products made of denim washing. I worked as a product engineer and I was responsible for the fault-free and high quality production of denim garments. Freshtex has been a school for me and I have learned a lot about the denim washing and product management.
