Über mich
I have completed my Master's degree in Analytical Instruments, Measurements, and Sensor Technology from Hochschule Coburg. From the master degree i have gained the valuable theoretical Knowledge in semiconductor device, MEMS, Nanometrology, and other sensor and measurement technology. I am currently employed by Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology ISIT. I gained a lot of experience about TCAD simulation of Super-Junction Power MOSFETs devices and their varied fabrication processes. Currently, I'm working as a Graduate Trainee (Absolvent) for the same firm, designing and optimizing the Trench Gate FS-IGBT device. I gained practical expertise in MEMS, device physics, testing, and characterization of devices such as Power MOSFETs, SJ Power MOSFETs, and FS IGBTs while working at this company.
