Provide coordination and make business analysis between end users and software development team about demands from Business team in CRM. • Analysis and testing newly built CRM system in Alternatif Bank., • Supporting Project management team about GAP analysis. • Migration operation of Customer and Account Data from ex-CRM system to the newlt built system. • Prepare internal CRM and CRM integration test scenarios and demonstrate them for User Acceptance.

• Make current bank commercial customers keep on working with Bank Asya. • Get new commercial customers to the bank by visiting them regularly and making special offer (commissions, discount interests )to the customers. • Doing financial analysis of the firms and evaluating the results with the managers.
